The short version: The Hours app does not collect, track, sell, or share your personal information — no account, no ads, and your calculations stay on your device. This website uses privacy-first analytics (Google Analytics), and only if you accept the cookie banner.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through the Hours app. The app does not require a name, email address, account, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.

Information stored on your device

Your calculation history and preferences, such as theme, decimal-hours setting, hourly rate, sound, and haptics, are stored locally on your device using standard app storage. This information is not sent to us and is not accessible to us.

Sharing and exports

If you copy, share, or export a timesheet as CSV or PDF, you choose where that content goes using your device's share sheet. Hours does not upload your exports anywhere.

Network use

Hours works offline. The app may open App Store, Google Play, privacy, terms, review, or more-apps links when you choose those actions. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies.

Website analytics

This website (timecalculatorpro.app) uses Google Analytics to measure how many people visit and where they come from. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept” on the consent banner; if you decline or ignore it, no analytics cookies are stored and no analytics data that identifies you is collected. We do not run advertising and we do not sell your data. This applies to the website only — the Hours app itself remains fully offline and analytics-free. To withdraw consent, clear this site’s data in your browser.

Purchases

Hours is free and currently has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.

Children's privacy

Hours is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information through the app, we generally do not hold personal information to access, correct, delete, or port. You can delete local app data by clearing history or deleting the app.
